Hello, family, friends and supporters!

I am both thrilled and still shell-shocked to announce that I will be jumping out of a plane from 10,000 feet to raise some money for Love4Life!!

Love4Life is an incredible charity which is dedicated to helping people with learning disabilities or who are neurodiverse to make friends and find love. People we reach out to to support can often be lonely and isolated within their communities, and often lack the confidence or skills to go out and meet others, or the support to make this more manageable. We organise a huge range of social meet-up events, offer workshops and learning opportunities, and provide sustained support through drop in sessions and other means to ensure there is always someone to talk to during the many challenging and difficult moments they can experience.

As a fully fundraised charity, Love4Life relies entirely on the generosity of supporters like you. Your donations directly impact our ability to create and sustain such opportunities for both our existing members, and reaching new ones. Without your support, the scope of our work becomes limited, and many individuals subsequently miss out on the chance to experience the love and companionship that most of us wish for in our lives.

This skydiving challenge represents more than just a terrifying adrenaline rush for me! It's also a leap of faith towards a brighter future, and a fulfilled life, for countless individuals. Love4Life staff and volunteers wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of friendship, love, connection and belonging, and I am committed to doing my bit to help the charity continue its amazing work.
