Hello , my name is Mark and along with a some wonderful people. Darren Pete and Ruth we are hoping to raise some money for the charity mind.

So this year we signed up to the Polar Bear Challenge. A wild swimming challenge over the winter moths.

In September a wonderful man was lost to suicide! Marcus Fielden.

This had a devastating effect on his family, children, friends and colleagues.

After discussions we decided to use our talent for swimming in freezing water to try and raise awareness of Mens Mental Health and as i said earlier hopefully raise some money for Mind in the hope that as a charity they can help prevent such tragic occurrences.
