Thank you for visiting my Just Giving page for the Follicular Lymphoma Foundation. A very good friend of mine has a son who is living with an FL diagnosis. At present he is well and enjoying life with his wife and new baby, however, the ever-present threat of cancer weighs heavily, and we are all hoping for a cure very soon.

I was inspired to do something to raise funds for the FLF whose mission is to find a cure and find it fast, so I decided to walk across the Pyrenees from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean. It is around 540 miles and will take me an estimated 52 days.

Your generous donation is much appreciated and will go somewhat to keeping me going as I bed down for the night in mountain huts, and walk up and down hills during the day! Everyone deserves a chance to live a long life, and with your help, the FLF will be able to fund its many research programmes to find better treatments and a cure for FL.
