On Sunday 15th September I will be doing the London to Brighton cycle ride with a few friends, a ride of 100km - wish me luck!

To encourage me to keep going through those final miles I'm raising funds for this great local charity. Based in Tollesbury Essex, Fellowship Afloat provides exciting outdoor adventure activities for young people, youth clubs and special needs groups through sailing and other outdoor activities.
