Story
Hi, welcome to my justgiving page. On Sunday 30th June I'm attempting an Ironman distance triathlon

It's a 2.4 mile lake swim then a 112 mile cycle followed by 26.2 mile run (yep, a marathon). I have 17 hours to do it or be disqualified.
This is my first ever triathlon and very likely my last!!!
I've been training for 6 months and am doing it with my good friend Richard Wilding. Best of luck Rich!
