Uh oh, I’ve been drunkenly roped into a challenge way out of my comfort zone. I will borrowing a bike and participating in the 8th Moel Siabod Sportif, a gruelling 100 mile cycle race across the (far too) hilly terrain of Snowdonia, in aid of Community Action Nepal. Please pray to the gods of cake and caffeine that they give me the strength and fitness to complete this “race” in under 10 hours because I’ll be in a whole world of pain by then.

Community Action Nepal is a UK-based charity whose aim is to help some of the poorest people on the planet - the mountain people of Nepal. It helps local communities raise their standard of living and strengthen indigenous community based cultures. Obviously we have all been struggling with the cost of living these past few years so if you can’t contribute then simply spreading the word would be fabulous.
