I recently lost a good friend Shaun Barber to Cancer.

Shaun and his wife Sam fought a long hard battle with this terrible disease but the amazing help and support provided to Shaun by St Helena Hospice helped them both tremendously and for that I am eternally grateful.

Shauns wife Sam,his daughter Chloe and good friend Emma have just thrown themselves out of a perfectly serviceable aircraft to raise money in Shauns memory sobits only right I do my bit.

I will be walking 150 miles over the course of November carring 35lb in weight.

Please if you can spare a small donation it would be gratefully appreciated by this amazing charity that works tirelessly to make people's battle that little bit more bearable.
