I've always fancied doing a multi-day challenge like this, I hit 50 recently and I'm not getting any younger so decided to go for it! I do cycle for a hobby, but this will be a significant challenge in terms of distance and time in the saddle. I'm really looking forward to pushing myself both in training and for the event!

The Path to Paris cycle challenge will be a gruelling four days in the saddle, with the responsibility of completing the final leg of Allianz's year long fundraising relay from Glasgow to Paris, raising £100,000 overall!
