Story
I know I said “Never again!”, but I am doing another marathon, this time for men’s mental health. I am entered in the Milano marathon on 06-April-2025 raising money and awareness for Andy’s Man Club.
"Suicide is the biggest killer of people under the age of 35 and the biggest killer of men under the age of 50. It is the leading cause of death in the UK for 10-19 year olds." [Source]
ANDYSMANCLUB is a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free to attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. They want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. #ITSOKAYTOTALK
