On Friday 11th October I shall be taking part in Everton FC's Goodison Park Stadium Sleepout.

I shall be sleeping the night in the Stands, on a cold/damp Concrete floor, out in the open (not in a 'Directors Box') to support the Everton in the Community's Homeless Charity.

At least 271,000 people are recorded as homeless in England, including 123,000 children.

With private rents and living costs continuing to soar, thousands of people are not just facing a winter of worry, they are at risk of losing the roof over their head.

It isn't warm or cosy in those stands so please 'dig deep' to support this great Charity! #NSNO
