Story

Both Joe and Olly are taking part in the Mini Great North Run on September 9th to raise funds for St Benedicts Hospice.

As most of you know, Joe and Olly lost their Mum in April this year after a 4 year battle with Cancer. So much has already been said about how brilliant St Benedicts were with Beth, but they are still supporting Joe and Olly, 4 months later on a weekly basis. The services they provide are first class and we are so grateful for how they supported and continue to support our family. They made Beth comfortable for the first time in a long time, they were a constant ear and a shoulder to cry on.

Along with myself and my mam using the bereavement services at the Hospice, both Joe and Olly are seeing the family counselor. They get excited for their appointment every week and come home much happier than when they arrived.

Please help us to raise a few more pennies that go directly to providing services for terminally ill and palliative patients, along with their families.
