Story

This May is the Monsoon Trust's 30th anniversary!

To celebrate this milestone, we are hosting a Charity week to generate funds to improve the lives of women and children in vulnerable communities.

The Monsoon Accessorize Trust was formed in 1994 and has raised over £7 million supported over 62 local initiatives to support over 250,000 individuals in need through a variety of projects. These projects focused on helping women and children through education, health and income generation. We have also raised funds and supported several emergency relief campaigns including the Earthquake in Turkey and Syria via the Disaster Emergency Committee.

Mark Holloway (Trustee of the Monsoon Accessorize Trust) is walking the GR221 trail through Mallorca’s Tramuntana mountains which will take about a week (maybe a bit more), walking up to 8 hours each day.

"I truly believe in the causes the Trust supports and I hope that anyone reading this will feel able to give a little something, no matter how small. If not, then simply wish me well through the ups and downs of this amazing mountain trail….."
