Story

Hybrid Theory was THE gateway album into metal and the music I now love. I remember where I was when I bought the album at 10 years old: Woolworths Kingswinford.

If it wasn’t for Linkin Park and Chester, I wouldn’t be into the music I am today and wouldn’t have been interested playing drums either. I wouldn’t have met the people I still call best friends, I wouldn’t have been to gigs all over the world watching acts I love, I wouldn’t be in bands, I wouldn't have been on European tours and I certainly wouldn’t now be in the UK’s Leading Linkin Park tribute.

I have a lot to thank Chester and the band for.

Please help me raise money for mental health and sponsor me to play as part of 1000 Lights at the Utilita arena.

100% of everything raised and donated will be used to help provide free mental health counselling and services.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for me to get on stage at the NIA and play with some of my heroes!

Whoever raises the most money for their instrument will be on stage on the day!

About the campaign

Join our epic band of 1000 & raise money to provide free counselling & mental health services for the alternative music community while playing alongside rock legends such as Funeral for a Friend, Holding Absence, The Blackout and MORE at the NIA.

About the charity

We provide free counselling to people aged 18 and 35 that relate to the alternative & rock music scene. Running sessions online, and from UPRAWR Studios, we turned our studio rooms into relaxed counselling suits so people can talk to councillors they to relate to in a non-clinical environment.
