Carl and I will be attempting the Cotswold Way Ultra challenge on 22nd June. We have signed up to do the Ultra march which consists of exactly that... marching/walking at a constant pace for 100K around the Cotswolds with the aim being completing it in 24hrs or under.

We didn't originally sign up as a charity event. It started out as just a personal challenge, but we both thought it was a great opportunity not to be missed and Dementia UK was suggested.

So please make our blisters worth while and offer your support for a good cause.
