As part of the beat 1-2-5 challenge, i am embarking on a journey from Manchester to Hadrian’s wall, covering a distance of 125 miles. This endeavour is not just a physical feat but a symbolic representation of the resilience and strength needed to overcome the challenges posed by an eating disorder. The impact of this has touched my family personally, igniting a passion within me to advocate for greater awareness and support for those affected. By participating in this charity appeal, I aim to shine a light on the importance of mental health and well-being while raising funds for Beats 1-2-5s vital work in this field.
