The event is a 3k or 5k run, jog or leisurely walk around Sandwell Valley Country Park with six colour stations where participants will be doused from head to toe in bright colours.

Last year's Colour Run was a blast, with over 200 people running, jogging or walking around the park, raising vital funds for the Albion Foundation, while covered in colourful . Each participant receiving a paint pack and t-shirt

It doesn't matter how long it takes you to complete the course, we welcome anyone from highly competitive sub-20 minute 5k runners to families who want to enjoy a fun day walking the 3K route around a beautiful location - in what will hopefully be a sunny day!
