In the last few years, 150 or so hardy - or perhaps that should be foolhardy - souls have taken the plunge for an intense but thrilling and memorable 60 seconds of cold water swimming

This year we are hoping for the biggest ever turnout. And also the biggest ever amount of money raised for our selected charity.

Please come along and support and cheer on others and if you wish, turn up with your swimsuit and towel, and join the swimmers on Aldeburgh Beach opposite the Moot Hall! The swim is at 11.00am precisely, so please be on the beach by 10.45.
