This year we turned 100 and to celebrate this milestone we've launched the Do 100 Challenge. Pledge to Do 100 of anything you choose and help raise funds for The At Ease Appeal. You could swim 100 lengths, bake 100 cakes or run 100 miles.

Story

The Household Cavalry (Life Guards and Blues & Royals) don't just do the ceremonial things like Trooping The Colour, the Queens Funeral, and the forthcoming coronation of King Charles. They have been on the front line in battles historical and recent.

This year is the 8th car rally on the roads of Northern France, paying our respects to those who fought for our freedom and basic human rights.

Our chosen charity is Combat Stress, who for a century have helped former servicemen and women deal with trauma-related mental health problems such as anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Combat Stress provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict. Our life-changing treatment helps veterans tackle the past and take on the future.
