People who experience Psychosis and Serve Mental Illness are likely to encounter poorer physical health outcomes than the general population. On average, their lives are 15 to 20 years shorter, mostly because of preventable physical illnesses

I am raising money to support the Enhanced Community Rehabilitation Team. The money raised will help deliver additional Physical Health interventions and opportunities to people who experience complex psychosis and improve health outcomes in this group.
