The statistics behind mental health are extremely worrying, particularly in men.

Wee must stand together and make change happen.

“Manufacturers Ramble on” will be held Friday 17th November at 12pm

This will be a 10k walk starting from Souter Lighthouse, where we will talk openly together, and raise vital funds

All people, kids, animals welcome! 😁

All money raised will be going to #ANDYSMANCLUB#ANDYSMANCLUB

This event is being organised and ran by me, Director of Theo James, Adam Black of AR POWER and Oliver Bell a mental health and well-being specialist.

We are lucky enough to have Oliver Bell with us, who will suggest topics to discuss together as we walk and talk.
