I was overwhelmed to get a ‘Good For Age’ place at London Marathon this year so I decided to use this platform to raise money for this amazing local charity HART Wildlife Rescue.

I spend so much of my time out running surrounded by nature. This is my way of showing my appreciation & love for the wildlife I enjoy everyday.

Hart Wildlife Rescue are based in Meadstead, Hampshire. They are a local charity providing a rescue, treatment & rehabilitation service for wildlife all over Hampshire. This rescue relies on hard working volunteers to staff this round the clock service enabling more of our precious native species back into the habitat where they belong. HART receives no statutory funding & is run entirely on local donations.

HART now deals with approximately 4000 wildlife casualties every year a figure which increases every year.
