I’ve decided to run the Paris Marathon on 13 April to raise vital funds for Alzheimers Research. With dad living with Alzheimers, I see first hand the devastating affect this disease has on families and loved ones. Not only do I want to raise money for ARUK, but to also highlight the selfless care and support given by those, like my wonderful mum, without whom the impact of Alzheimers would be far greater.

As a ‘non’ runner I challenged myself massively completing the London Marathon in October 2021, raising over £4500 for ARUK. I’m still a non runner but time to do it again - give myself a focus, get fit (again) but this time with team ARUK in Paris, and I can’t wait! Your support will mean the world x
