This year I’m running the London 10k again to raise essential money for the Samson Centre.

At the Samson Centre, we provide important services that the NHS does not. The Centre is there for anyone affected by MS and we believe that movement is key to keeping well with MS. The Centre provides specialist physiotherapy, exercise classes, a state of the art gym and oxygen therapy for all Members. We are also here to offer emotional support and friendship to our Members and their families.

We are totally self-funded and receive no money from the government. So, we rely on the kindness of peoples donations to our charity.
