My time spent within the Brathay 2022 team was unbelievably inspiring and seeing first hand the hard work the trust do for young people.

I wanted to return to help this fabulous charity continue to provide this essential support to the community around the UK.

People have already asked why would I want to run 10 marathons in 10 days again? Do you enjoy it? Does it get any easier?

The simple answer is that life is tough, and things don't always go your way. By making a conscious choice to put myself through this intense physical and mental challenge, my suffering will be temporary, but the good that will come from doing it, and of course your kind donations, could make a lasting difference on someone's life.

The Brathay Trust is an amazing charity which aims to improve the lives of children, young adults and families by giving them a way to engage with their communities in a positive way, and to develop the skills, attitudes, resilience and behaviours that will give them the platform for a better life in which they can grow and flourish and become a positive influence for those around them.
