Around 1 in 4 people aged 55 years and over have a close birth relative with dementia and the number of people being diagnosed is growing rapidly. People affected by dementia need our support more than ever which is why myself , my two sisters Karen and Tracie, and my Auntie Kay are running the London Landmarks Half Marathon in April 2024.

I will also be running the Headcorn Half and Lydd Half before April to help raise money for Dementia UK.
