Ar y 6ed o Ebrill dwi’n ymdrechu i redeg hanner marathon Llundain. Tydwi ddim yn gwneud hyn ar fy mhen fy hun, mae Neil am drio hefyd! Da ni’n codi arian ir elusen FAIR. Mae un o ffrindiau Neil yn rhedeg yr elusen arbennig yma gan bod ei merch yn diodde gyda afiechyd autoimmune.
Diolch i chi am hyd yn oed crybwyll fy noddi ac nid yw unrhyw swm yn rhy fach.

On the 6th of April I am running/jogging the London HALF marathon in aid of the charity FAIR.
