Story

My partner, Ellie, suffers from Linear Scleroderma.

The condition is likened to having your body turn to stone, is extremely rare and can take several years to diagnose.

Ellie was diagnosed with Scleroderma when she was five. It is such a rare condition that her GP had only ever seen it in a textbook. There is no cure for Scleroderma, so I've decided to complete the West Highland Way in the last week of October to raise money and awareness for the fantastic Charity SRUK.

I will start in Milngavie on the 28th of October and finish in Fort William 5 days later.

My goal is to raise £1000 for the cause.

To hit my target, I need to walk at least Twenty-four miles a day on my own, with everything I need to survive on my back.

Despite the guaranteed rain, I hope there will be no midges!

Every penny you donate will go straight to SRUK.

Please donate if you can. If you can't, share my page and follow me on FB, Instagram and TikTok as I take on the West Highland Way!

Together, We can find a cure for Scleroderma!
