I am thrilled to announce that along with friends Paul , Jason & james we will be participating in the HYROX Global Fitness Competition to support an incredible cause - Brian Tumour Research! 🏋️‍♀️🌍 on Saturday 21 st October!

HYROX is not just any ordinary fitness challenge, it's an ultimate test of strength, endurance, and determination. By competing in this exhilarating event, I aim to raise awareness and funds for vital research that can make a difference in the lives of those affected by brain tumors. 💪🧠

As some of you may know, our family has been directly affected by the devastating impact of brain tumors. Having survived one myself and lost my dear uncle Peter to this disease, it's a cause that's incredibly close to our hearts. That's why we've decided to take action and raise awareness for brain tumour research again
