Hunger Heroes is an annual food and fundraising competition that gives businesses, sports teams, social clubs, youth groups, and even families the opportunity to provide nutritious meals to individuals in our community experiencing food insecurity.

Why It Matters

Your support helps provide much-needed food to thousands of families and individuals in the Hampton Roads region who face daily struggles with hunger and food insecurity.

Did you know that with a donation of just $20, the Foodbank can distribute up to $60 of nutritious, healthy food to our neighbors in need?

About Us

Marathon Consulting is an Information Technology Consulting and Digital Marketing firm headquartered in Virginia Beach. We are a proud supporter of the Food Bank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore and the incredible work they do for families and individuals in our community. This is our 5th year joining the Justice League to support the Hunger Heroes food and fundraising campaign and we aim to make 2023 our biggest impact yet!

About the charity

Since 1981, the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore has proudly provided more than 400 million meals to our neighbors in need. Serving eleven cities and counties where one in ten neighbors are food insecure, we play a vital role in the fight against hunger.
