I am giving a one-off 'How to Look Good Naked AFTER 40' Nutrition and Wellness masterclass in honour of my beautiful friend Steph Harding who has been suffering with this awful condition for the past 2 years.

Motor Neurone is a devastating disease that progressively damages parts of the nervous system including the motor neurone nerves which tell your muscles what to do. This leads to muscle weakness and wastage and can destroy the ability to walk, talk, dress and swallow - removing people of their dignity.

Steph has asked that the money go directly to the MND Association in Jersey who are providing amazing support for the increased number of people suffering with motor neurone on island. The MND Association Jersey provide informed support and financial assistance to people and their families living with MND in Jersey to ensure the best quality of life possible.
