Story
The Mental Health Foundation is the UK’s charity for everyone’s mental health. Many of us struggle with our mental health on a daily basis. It is a super important aspect of our lives, and we need to ensure that we look after ourselves, putting our own health at the top of our priorities.
My friends, colleagues, and I understand first hand the challenges that come with mental health issues. Loss of a colleague, close friend or family member, stress at work, lack of support, and various other factors can contribute to these struggles. But I believe that by raising awareness and openly discussing these issues, we can make a positive change for the future.
The Mental Health Foundation focuses on prevention and aims to address the sources of mental health problems so that individuals and communities can thrive. But they can't do it alone. They need our support.
Please consider making a donation towards my fundraising goal of £1,000. Every little bit helps, and even if it's just 1p, it still counts. Together, we can make a significant impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health problems.
Join me in supporting the Mental Health Foundation today and let's create a brighter future for everyone's mental health.
I hate running, never run more than 5k and by making it happen I hope I can feel better and motivate and inspire others. Support me to run 42km at 42!!
