I like to take part in Immerse Hebrides annual Chilly Challenge but this year I'm taking my challenge to the max!

This year I have taken on the 'Shark' challenge and unlike previous challenges this is not about distance but about frequency ... here are the rules:

For my part I will do this challenge without a wetsuit and in total it will mean that I will swim/dip 105 times this winter and probably mainly here in Harris ... saves me having to carry a thermometer as it will always be below 10 through the winter!

I am raising funds for 4 charities important to me personally, this page is raising funds for The Brain Tumour Charity because no one should be diagnosed with the likes of GBM4 and be told sorry but there's no cure and you will die in under 2 years! Myself and Aidan will always fundraise for a cure in Michaels name.
