You may remember some of the faces and stories of Palestinian women that I posted on Facebook during my visit to Palestine in September with CADFA.

How much better to get women like them to come over to the UK and tell their stories first hand!

Could you contribute to funding a visits like this? The women themselves contribute to the costs as they can, and the hospitality is mostly gifted, but travel is hugely expensive as Palestinians are not allowed to travel via the airport at Tel Aviv and have to use the more expensive flights from Amman or Aqaba. Also - as you know - travel within the UK is costly.

I have pledged to raise £1000 towards this spring's visit. It's not my birthday till June, but could you chip in via this page? - or, better still, go to the CADFA website and become a member by taking out a monthly standing order - any amount - to help with forward planning?
