This April I will be running the London Marathon to raise money for The Swallows, a charity that provides 24/7 support for people affected by head and neck cancer.

My Dad was diagnosed with tongue cancer in 2019, which just a few years after we lost my Mum, came as a huge shock to us all. The Swallows help provide support for people like my Dad and continue to help many families like ours whilst they navigate the particularly brutal treatment, recovery and impacts of head and neck cancer.
