Story
In October, my mum and I will be trekking the Sahara Desert for the Rosie May foundation . We are following in the footsteps of my best friend Izzy’s wonderful mum, Colette, who completed this same trek eleven years ago.

But most of all, we are doing this for Izzy, who is also doing this extraordinary trek. Izzy is the most remarkable person and our family wouldn’t be complete without her ❤️

We will be raising money for the amazing charity Rosie May foundation that is so close to our hearts, all proceeds will be going to the Project Hope in Sri Lanka which supports single parent mums and their children living or on the line of poverty.
Why are we doing this? Because every step we take will help provide hope and opportunity to children and families supported by the Rosie May Foundation. Your donation directly funds life-changing projects, including education for children in Sri Lanka and safe transport initiatives empowering women in India.
Each Rosie May trekker has committed to raising at least £1,000, a contribution that makes a massive difference:
£25 provides a school bag filled with essential supplies for a child.
£50 funds a week’s worth of after-school English lessons.
We’re not just walking for the experience—we’re walking for brighter futures, safer communities, and a world where every child has a chan
