Story

Thank you very much for visiting my Just Giving page. This year, I have decided to push myself out of my comfort zone to help raise money for a charity that is very close to my heart, the Cornish Seal Sanctuary.

The Cornish Seal Sanctuary rescue and rehabilitate injured seals and then release them back into the wild once they have been rehabilitated. They even provide a permanent home to those that cannot be re-released. I have been a supporter of this charity for many years, where my adopted Seal Ray was once resident. The charity does amazing work and I want to do my bit in helping them with their current project.

This July (2025), I will be taking part in the Skydive for Seals challenge. I will be taking the leap and will be skydiving 15,000ft at 120mph in 60 seconds! (This is certainly a challenge, seeing as I am scared of heights!).

By sponsoring me, your kind donations will be helping to support the Cornish Seal Sanctuary’s ‘Fund Our Future’ project, to replace the seal pools on site. I have listed below how your support and donations will help with the project.

Thank you in advance for your support, I really appreciate it.

£100 will help to build the foundations of the pools, to give our residents a brand new home.

£200 will help to install new sunshades, to keep our residents cool in hot weather.

£300 will help to will help to build our new quarantine area, for seals who need medical treatment.

£500 will help to build our new underwater viewing area, giving you an amazing view of our seals in their new home.

£1,000 will help to install the new filtration system, keeping the water fresh and clean for longer.
