Story
Over the Wall is an outstanding charity change the lives of seriously iil children and their families. Volunteering at Over the Wall has also shaped who I am as a person. Every year I leave the camp I am reminded of the power of kindness and the importance of bringing joy to peoples lives every day.
I am running this fundraiser from the end of April (kick starting with the London marathon) until the end of October when I will take part in an Ultramarathon on the 29th October. Please consider donating to support the work of Over the Wall. The money you donate goes towards ensuring seriously ill children can gain confidence, support and core memories at our camps. Visit the OTW website or contact me for more information.
Over The Wall is a small but life-changing children’s charity that supports children with serious illnesses and their families and is part of the wider SeriousFun Children’s Network founded by the late actor and philanthropist Paul Newman. We run free physical and virtual activity camps for these children which focus on being a child and not a patient, and we welcome children with over 130 different serious illnesses including cancer, congenital and neurological and HIV.
