Many of the people who draw on our support love Karaoke Night! We meet up in a local pub, often having dinner and drinks with friends, before singing the evening away together with people from our local area.

Karaoke is currently held monthly but is at risk of ending due to limited funding. We have been working hard to raise the money required to continue, including a previous event “The MacIntyre Mile” where around 50 people came together to walk a mile and a bit together.

This time around one of our Service Managers - Robin - is embarking on quite the challenge!

Robin will be walking over 14 miles from Luton to the Flitwick Fun Day, stopping at each of MacIntyre's locations in Bedfordshire along the way. Several people who draw on Macintyre’s support and their staff will join different parts of the walk to keep Robin company!

Our team at the Fun Day will have a big map following Robin’s journey on the way. We look forward to cheering him on and supplying some much needed snacks at the finishing line!
