On Sunday 15th September 2024, I'll be taking part in the Edinburgh Kiltwalk's "The Big Stroll" (approx. 11 miles). I'm really pleased to be raising money for our corporate charity partners, SAMH and Mind and better still, Virgin Money will be matching all fundraising which means every donation goes a bit further to helping the fight for mental health.

Every year, 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem in the UK. We know that the support that people need isn’t available, with millions on waiting lists for mental health treatments. That’s why Mind and SAMH’s services are more important than ever.

All donations to this JustGiving page will be split equally between Mind (charity no. 219830) and Scottish Action for Mental Health (SAMH) (charity no. SC-008897).
