In April 2024 Myself and Trevor took on the London Marathon.

We had never met before the Race and decided to run the whole distance together, as we were both fundraising for Muscular Dystrophy UK.

At the 21 mile-mark we both swore we'd never run another race again... but here we are!

After the Marathon we both felt that we couldn't let our hard work and training slip away - so we signed up to the London landmarks.

It's a Half Marathon, and this time we will get to enjoy it, as poor Trevor ran the Marathon with a broken toe! He has now had corrective surgery and we are going to hit London again but this time we are racing!

We both have connections to Muscular Dystrophy UK as Trevor's son has Bethlem myopathy and I, myself have Myotonic Dystrophy Type 1... so it's only natural to raise more funds, awareness and support Muscular Dystrophy UK again.

We are hoping to complete it in a time of 2 hours 30 minutes - we have a LOT of training to do!
