Most of you will know that I served in the Royal Navy for around 10 years (and my other half around 24 years ish) and as a result a charity close to my heart is The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity (RNRMC).

The RNRMC are the principal charity of the Royal Navy and they provide absolutely amazing support to sailors, marines and their families, for life.

I know military personnel that have needed the support of this charity in many different ways and it's been an absolute life saver/god send for them.

I want to try and raise as much money as I possibly can for this amazing and much needed charity so I've signed myself up to complete the Great Run Manchester Half Marathon in May this year. I'm a little late entering and a bit last minute with starting my training my I'm up for a challenge!

I know times are tight for everyone but I really would appreciate any donation (or sharing of this link)...no minimum donation is set, just if and whatever you can afford will be massively appreciated. I can't tell you how much of a difference this charity makes to peoples lives.
