I've had the joy of rescue dogs in my life for the past 18 years. It breaks my heart that every day dogs are surrendered to kennels through no fault of their own and start their wait for their forever happy home. The Dogs Trust is just one of many excellent organisations caring for and matching dogs. They are dear to my heart because that's where our current beautiful boy Ben came from.

So, this month I am completing the Dogs Trust Sit and Stay challenge ( hopefully).. working up to a full 3 minutes. Yes, that's ME not Ben doing a wall sit challenge for 180 seconds. Trust me.. this is not going to be easy. EEK!
