The pandemic and its aftermath have presented unique challenges for those struggling with homelessness and poverty.

The Annapolis Light House provides a place of belonging and hope for our most vulnerable neighbors. In 2022, Light House services are needed more than ever before as our community sees an unprecedented increase in individuals and families unable to afford basic needs such as food, adequate housing, and medication.

LWVAAC is dedicating its annual community charity drive to the Light House. League members and friends are invited to show their support by gathering for a holiday breakfast at the Light House Bistro on Saturday, December 3 at 8:30 a.m. and by donating to this fundraising campaign.
