I'm joining #teamrethink for the 2024 BHF London to Brighton cycle to raise funds for Rethink Mental Illness.

I am doing this in memory of a very good freind Wayne Chiles who sadly in 2023 took his own life.

If me raising this money saves one more person then it’s great.
