Luke and I are challenging ourselves to Run Reigate for Include.org - to raise vital funds for this important charity. It's not a big national charity - every single donation means so much.

Luke has done the Run Reigate kids race before and I usually do a 5K, but this year we are levelling-up...Luke will do the 5K and I will do the 10K. Gareth is doing the half marathon too. Please support us and Include.org.

Include tackles the challenges of communication disabilities through the application of speech and language therapy expertise in ways that feel nothing like actual therapy! We run inclusive Makaton choirs, wellbeing walks, structured coproduction sessions and much more. Feedback from people involved in Include's projects speaks for itself:
