My name is Luke and I will be nine weeks old when I take part in my first fundraising activity. I will be 'walking' (maybe my mammy will give me a little push!) 5k for the PAC in the Park Welly Walk on Saturday 14th September 2024.

I would love for you to donate to my page, any amount is appreciated. My mammy works for PAC Therapy (though she's currently having a break to look after me!). PAC helps children and young people to be a bit happier by working with them one to one or in small groups. They use things like music and art because it isn't always easy to talk about feelings. There are lots of reasons why children and young people end up needing somewhere like PAC, but whatever the reason, they just need a bit of extra help and it is really important that that help is available to them.

This year PAC is 40 years old. I hope if I ever need help that there is somewhere like PAC with lots of specially trained people. Hopefully PAC will be around for another 40 years!

PAC is a registered charity based in Carlisle, Cumbria that provides free counselling and therapy for children and young people who are struggling with things like mental health, bullying, trauma, neurodivergence and more. Sessions can be either talking therapy or non-verbal therapy. PAC currently offer counselling, psychotherapeutic counselling, art psychotherapy and music therapy.

As a small local charity, PAC relies on funding to be able to continue to provide this valuable work for our children & young people.
