8th November '22. The day mum sadly lost her battle with Burkitt Lymphoma.

I write this almost half a year since her passing and yet I still struggle to put into words just how special a lady she was. Truly selfless, one of a kind.

This year I was taken aback by the momumental effort my cousins Emily and Alex Defroand put in by running the London '23 Marathon. Inspired by these two truly amazing people myself and my younger brother Haydn, H, will be running the London Marathon in 2024, hoping to continue to raise money and awareness for an amazing cause that will forever live close to our hearts.

Lymphoma Action is the UK’s only charity dedicated to Lymphoma - a type of blood cancer and the fifth most common cancer in the UK. Lymphoma Action works tirelessly to make sure that no-one faces Lymphoma alone by providing those diagnosed with vital information and support.
