Each year I try and raise some money for various charities, this year i’m joining a team to climb the highest mountain in North Africa, running a marathon and doing a wing walk.

Every year our lives are touched by things associated with the ones that we love and others that we admire from afar. Temwa is doing some amazing things and with my farming background i am inspired to help these people learn more about regenerative farming practices.

I understand that not everyone wants to run a marathon or climb a mountain but why not a WING WALK! Whilst a living legend of our farm recovers from his cancer treatment he is determined to do another Wing walk and is looking for partners so why not join Mike Hurford and I in July, DM me for more info.

A little about our group.

Mountain Men are an inclusive group of men (all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels) who get together regularly for walks of different degree’s mostly at the weekend. We talk, we share, we laugh, we don’t judge, we get outside in all weather and did I mention we laugh. We do all this whist improving our mental wellbeing, our fitness and our strength. I have personally met some great people and honestly enjoyed the free therapy as well as the comradery and laughs. It’s this group of guys that have inspired me to take on this challenge and we will be there for each other in training as well as on the trek.
