I'm undertaking the Marathon des Sables, a grueling 250km ultramarathon across the unforgiving Sahara. While navigating the extreme heat, challenging terrain, and relentless physical demands, I'll carry the hopes and struggles of those battling mental health. Their resilience will fuel my every step.

To help with training I will be undertaking "Challenge 992" December 11 2023 -Jan 10. I'll be running and cycling consecutively for 31 days completing 992km. Day 1 I will run 1km / cycle 31km and will increase & decrease the distance respectively by 1km, so on the final day 31 I will run 31km/ cycle 1km.
