This year I have decided to raise money for a wonderful local organisation called In Jolly good company this wonderful group of people provide help to alleviate physical and mental issues due to loneliness and isolation for all ages with a creative touch to doing this.I started following the organisation last year and was amazed at how much they do in Dorset for a small but talented group of people. The clincher for me was how open they were to all people and especially the Dementia aspect which is close to mine and Rachel’s hearts ♥️ please give all you can and obviously check out there website and socials x

This year I will be taking on my toughest challenges to date. This starts in May where I will be heading back to Snowdon for the UTMB mountain trail series Ultra trail snowdonia 56km. Last year this challenging race nearly got the better of me 🤕 so I’m hoping to this year to have learnt a lot and finish better x The second challenge will be a 100km solo run across Dorset from Lyme Regis to Melbury Abbas. Crossing the ten tallest hills of Dorset this Will be the farthest I have ever ran in one day and to do it solo will be the hardest challenge hopefully we can collect some good donations before and hopefully after completing this hard year of trail running x
